The pets of the week are Sebastian, a Catahoula, and Hobes, a gray-striped cat. The Animal Care and Adoption Center of Texarkana, Ark., has 92 dogs, 10 puppies, 39 cats and 11 kittens for adoption, said a shelter official. There were 23 adoptions in the past week and 130 animals were euthanized.
